Booking terms
Minimum stay
Our chalets can be generally booked from 2 nights with the exemption of christmas / new years eve, where the minimum stay is 7 nights.
Prices
For the price of a smile, we are very happy to welcome children up to 4 years at the Hygna Chalets. We charge 80 € per night for children from 5 to 14 years. For each additional adult we charge 130 € per night.
Travel cancellation insurance
Be on the safe side with a travel cancellation insurance and get all costs reimbursed in the event of a cancellation. You can take out travel insurance with the Europäische Reiseversicherung during the booking process or directly with us.
Taxes
The local tax in the Alpbachtal holiday region is € 3.50 per day and adult (from 15 years). It is not included in the prices and will be charged on site.
Non smoking
All our chalets are furnished to a very high standard and with natural materials. Therefore, all indoor rooms are non-smoking areas! You are welcome to smoke outside on the terrace.
Pets
We are happy to welcome your four-legged friend in four selected chalets (Weiden Chalet, Wiesen Chalet, Wiesen Spa Chalet and Wald Chalet). Price € 30,- per day and dog/cat – max. 2 pets per Chalet.
Please note our limited contingent – enquiries and bookings must be confirmed!
Payment
Payment options: we are happy to accept cash, credit card (Visa and Mastercard), as well as EC cards/Maestro.
Deposit: we kindly ask for the transfer of a deposit of 30% of the total price within 7 days.

Check In
from 3.30 p.m.
Check Out
by 10.00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability.
General Cancellation Conditions
In general, the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry shall be deemed entered into in the event of a booking.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival
70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival
90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival
On the day of arrival or in case of early departure 100% of the total price
