Booking terms

Minimum stay
Our chalets are bookable from 2 nights or at selected periods (e.g. summer, February) from 3 nights. A minimum stay of 7 nights applies over New Year’s Eve. Shorter stays can be requested at short notice subject to availability!

 

Prices
We are happy to welcome children up to 4 years for a smile in the Hygna Chalets. For children from 5 to 14 years we charge € 80 per night. For each additional adult we charge € 130 per night.

 

Travel cancellation insurance
Play it safe with travel cancellation insurance and get all costs refunded in the event of cancellation. You can take out travel insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung directly when you book or with us afterwards.

Local tax
The local tax in the Alpbachtal region is € 3.50 per day and adult (aged 15 and over). It is not included in the prices and will be charged on site.

 

Non-smokers
All our chalets are furnished to a very high standard with natural materials. Therefore, all interior rooms are non-smoking areas! You are welcome to smoke outside.

 

Dogs
We are happy to welcome your four-legged friend in four selected chalets (Willow Chalet, Meadow Chalet, Meadow Spa Chalet and Forest Chalet). Price € 30,– per day and dog – up to two dogs are allowed per chalet.

Please note our limited contingent – enquiries and bookings with dogs must be confirmed!

 

 

Payment options
Payment options: We are happy to accept cash, credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and EC cards/Maestro. We can not take American Express cards.

 

Deposit:

We ask you to transfer a deposit of 30% of the total amount within 7 days of finalising your booking.

Check In

from 3.30 p.m.

Check Out

by 10.00 a.m.

Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability.

General Cancellation Conditions

In general, the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry shall be deemed entered into in the event of a booking.

The following cancellation conditions apply:
40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival
70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival
90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival
On the day of arrival or in case of early departure 100% of the total price
